The districts were earlier assigned as hotspots / red-zones, orange zones and green zones first and foremost based on the accumulative cases reported and the doubling rate. A district will be considered under Gleen Zone if there are no confirmed cases so far or there is no reported case for the last 21 days in the district.

Industries will have to pay overall wages

1) In a lockdown, industries will have to pay overall wages but can be excluded from pay off TA and FA, if the same is paid monthly.

2) if the industry has the approval to manage and workers do not notify, it can stop wages of such workers
3) Petition subject to the orders of the Supreme Court.

  • "Movement of all trucks and other goods/carrier vehicles with two drivers and one helper subject to the driver carrying a valid driving license, an empty truck/vehicle will be allowed to ply after the delivery of goods, or for pick up of goods"
