Legislative leader of Karnataka vide statute no 15 of 2020 dated 31st July 2020 has proclaimed The Industrial Disputes and Certain different laws (Karnataka Amendment)Ordinance, 2020 to correct The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, The Factories Act, 1948, The Contract Labor (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.
